TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOAR HUNTING TRIPS
Due to the high demand for these trips and outlay costs to pay for flights, licenses and accommodations we would hope that you can appreciate the need for commitment from hunters and an understanding that we will always act in good faith to look after your interests. 1.    PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The advertised prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised or quoted prices at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is deemed to have been made when cleared funds are received in the company’s bank account. The deposit is payable on booking to secure your place within the group travelling on your indicated dates. The deposit is 25% of the total cost of the hunting trip (not inc flights), unless a full package deal is on offer. The balance of the remainder is due ten weeks before the start date of the trip (unless prior arrangements have been made with the organisers). The company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue payments. For bookings made less than ten weeks before the start date you must pay the full price at the time of booking.

2.    CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES REQUESTED BY YOU
The deposit of 25% is non – refundable upon cancellation by yourself.
The company shall make the following charges for cancellation, depending on the date on which the cancellation notice is received:

Days before start date when notice received            Cancellation charge

29 – 39                                                                               50% of total price

28 – 15                                                                               70% of total price

8 – 14                                                                                  80% of total price

7 or less                                                                             100% of total price

3.    CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
In the event of European Hunting having to cancel the trip because of events beyond our control including, strikes, air traffic groundings, natural disasters etc, 80% of the total Hunting costs paid will be refunded (20% non – refundable to cover administration and transfer costs). All flights organised and paid for by the company are non – refundable ( airline to be contacted) . The company reserves the right to cancel your booking for non payment.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Wild Hunting the company cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions, low numbers of game shot within the group and hereby cannot be approached for a refund. This would be addressed by the hosting organisation.

In the event of the Airline cancelling flights once the company has paid for the ticket it is down to you to deal with the airline direct for refund. European Hunting cannot be held responsible for any fines the Hunting Club chooses to put on anybody for not following their rules/guidelines of hunting.

4.    EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company shall not be liable to pay any compensation , damages, costs or expenses for any claim arising from any cause beyond reasonable control which could not have been mitigated or avoided by the company including but not limited to:
Loss or damage to any person’s private property.
Breakdowns, mechanical problems.
Adverse weather conditions.
Expense in which you occur including the cost of alternative transport, accommodation.

5.    LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

6.    THIRD PARTIES
Only the named parties to the agreement may enforce the terms of the agreement. The parties agree that the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act shall not apply to this agreement.
